Raised Bed Gardening...

"The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock-the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks." Deuteronomy 28:4

It all began by taking a Gardening class at the Lazy B Farm, it was a very informative class and I highly recommend taking it if you are not a gardener but would like to become one.

The adventure begins......

Jason building our 4X4 raised beds.

The girls getting into the action.

Some of our winter crop....we planted broccoli, green cabbage, bib lettuce, spinach, and carrots.

Next, was the wood trellis...

This turned out really nice!

The completed garden.
We had to put our garden in the front yard as there is not enough sun in the back.

We planted our spinach by seeds....they're coming in!

Everything is growing! Yeah!

This box is full of strawberries, we had to order them online. We planted Chandler Strawberries, the same that Washington Farms plants.

Our broccoli is coming in!!!

Our bush beans are already growing...

Our spinach is ready to harvest!

This has been a wonderful family project.
